Why the content does not change when I changed the playlist in X-Sign Manager?

Please check the following:
1. Make sure the network connection is well.
2. Press the "Menu" button on the remote-control of device or press the lower right corner of X-Sign screen to show the Menu. The "File Source" should be "X-Sign Manager".
3. Make sure the "display ID" is corrected.
4. Make sure the playback schedule from X-Sign Manager is corrected or not.
5. Check the "Date and Time" setting of the device. The "Time zone" shall meet the area setting which the device is located. We suggest to enable the "automatic Date and Time" option then system will get the correct date and time from internet automatically.
