What to do if I did not receive the verification e-mail after signed up for a X-Sign account?

1. After completed the X-Sign registration, a message which shows that "E-mail has been sent successfully" should be displayed on the screen.
2. A verification email (from X-Sign@BenQ.com) will be sent to you immediately.
3. If you did not receive this email, please check the spam box from your mail system or double-check with the IT colleagues from your company to get further support.
4. We also suggest you to try another e-mail address which is not your company's e-mail address (ex. Gmail).
5. If you still cannot receive the verification e-mail, please contact your BenQ service window for further support.
