How to check if the problem is caused by other non Benq APP installed thru EasySetting?

Confirm if the user had installed any non-BenQ preloaded APPs?
1) If yes, please reset to default under Android first.    a. If problem is not solved, refresh the FW and check the result.
   b. If the problem is not solved, it may be caused by the unit itself, not the APP or Android system.
   c. Kindly disassemble the unit and check the defected parts.
2) If not, please proceed the normal troubleshooting.
