Challenge
Modern city life runs at a bustling pace. Although cities are vital to business, the urban environment can stifle creative thought and efficient work. Thus it’s essential to occasionally escape from the city and enjoy the benefits that nature has to offer. But it can be hard to completely step away from the responsibilities and expectations of work and life. That’s why Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt endeavors to offer a refreshing getaway for guests, while also providing a state-of-the-art business-ready experience. Nestled along the southern tip of the Netherlands between Belgium and Germany, Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt aims to provide a rustic yet modern stay for guests. The area has a rich royal history, including multiple visits from King Willem II, which led to the facility’s north wing to be known as “the little palace”. A contemporary estate can’t survive on reputation alone, however, and thus recently the staff at Vaeshartelt decided that the estate’s 14 conference spaces needed refreshing. This meant new display solutions and new technology for assisting in presentations.
Solution
The staff at Vaeshartelt contacted their systems integrator and began to seek out an all-in-one conference room solution.
